Southern Sweet Iced Tea
Iced tea, in general, appeared in the US as early as the 1860s, gaining popularity in the 1870s. Sweet tea became strongly associated with the South, with some considering it a defining symbol of Southern identity and hospitality.
There is nothing about the Southern Style Sweet Iced Tea, especially on a very Hot Summer Day. It's extremely refreshing.
